1.     Application Date: 2024.04.29 (Mon) to 2024.05.03 (Fri)

2.     Year 3 undergraduate students fulfilling below requirements are eligible to apply for early graduation by one academic year:

• Completed all required subjects and credits for graduation, and the rankings in each semester should fall within the top 10%.
• Score at 80 or above in each semester for conduct.

3.     Application should be submitted within one week after the mid-term examination of the semester that the student intended to early graduate. The application will first be reviewed by the department and then the Office of Academic Affairs.

4.     For those who fail to complete 8 semesters due to suspension of schooling, and belong to the batch of graduates for academic year 2024, they can also apply for early graduation by one semester given that they have fulfilled the criteria mentioned in point 2.

5.     Approach the Admissions Section (2F Admin Building) or the Joint Office of Evening Division for the application form or download it from the webpage of Admissions Section and submit to the department office for the first review together with all required supporting documents.

6.     Students applying for early graduation are still required to complete the study of the 2nd semester for academic year 2023, and wait for the review by the Office of Academic Affairs. The result will be announced by middle July.
