Apply for English Version of Graduation Certificate(112)

1. For students who are expected to graduate in the 2nd semester of academic year 2023 may apply for English version of graduation certificate before 2024.05.24 (Friday).

2. Procedure

2.1   Complete the application form and attach passport copy. The copy will be returned after checking.

2.2   Class representatives help to collect all completed application forms and administration fee, and pay the fee at the automated payment machine located at 1F of Administration Building or Management Building or the 1st Dormitory, select “other payment” and enter the total amount that should be paid.

2.3   Submit application form together with passport copy and payment receipt to the Admissions Section at 2F of Administration Building for processing.

3. Applicants must have their passport copy or electronic file ready. Non-passport holders or those who are not expecting to graduate in this semester are not eligible to apply.

4. The English version of Graduation Certificate, together with the Chinese version, will be available for collection at your department after you have finished the school-leaving procedure on the graduation day. If you have taken lower-year courses that is related to your graduation qualification, please collect the certificate on 2024.07.17.

5. If you want to apply the graduation certificate after graduation, please go to the “Documents Application System for Alumni” in the webpage of Admissions Section, fill in the E-form, upload required documents and finish payment. You will then receive the certificate by post.
