1. Application Date: 2025.11.24 (Mon) to 2025.11.28 (Fri)
2. Year 1, 2 and 3 students of 4-year study and Year 1 students of the master program are eligible to apply.
3. Students may apply for transfer with not more than two departments. Please state clearly your priority on the form. You are not allowed to change your options after submission. If both departments accept your application, the school will arrange it according to your first priority.

The application form must be completed (daytime program undergraduate students must completed with parent signature) and submitted together with all required documents to the department you wish to transfer. If you have two options, please submit two applications.

5. Students should pay attention to announcements on examinations and attend on time, if any.
