Notice on Graduation Qualification Review for Prospective Graduates of the 2nd Semester, Academic Year 114

 

1.The graduation qualification review for prospective graduates of the 2nd semester of Academic Year 114 will be conducted through the computerized system. Graduating students must log in to the Student Information System → New Students and Graduates → Assessment of graduation and complete Assessment & Review form process before December 19, 114 (Friday).
If any course category is incorrect, please make corrections in the “Self-Review Adjustment” field, confirm with the department assistant, and complete course registration according to the course selection schedule. Please ensure that all graduation requirements will be completed by the end of the 2nd semester of Academic Year 114.

2.After meeting the certificate requirements of your department, please upload the supporting documents to the Requirement for graduation in the Student Information System. The requirement is considered fulfilled only after it has been reviewed and approved. Details can be found under Student Information System → New Students and Graduates → Language Proficiency / Requirement for graduation

3. The “Graduation Survey Form” will be emailed to each department on March 9, 115 (Monday). Students should be informed to conduct another online self-review before March 20, 115 (Friday) by checking the “Assessment” tab to confirm their eligibility for graduation, and mark their graduation status and sign the “Graduation Survey Form.”

4. The “Graduation Survey Form” must be completed, signed, and submitted to the department assistant before April 30, 115 (Friday) for further review procedures.

5. For courses not categorized as year-based courses, if multiple courses share the same course title, only one of them may be counted toward graduation credits; the rest cannot be included.

6.Starting from Academic Year 110, the curriculum requirements were revised. Students must complete 9 required general education courses (24 credits) and 4 credits of General Education Electives. The maximum number of General Education Elective credits that may be counted is 4 credits, including unrecognized college GE courses, inter-college programs, micro-programs, micro-courses, university electives, and excess “Core General Education” courses.

7. Students who have not met the graduation requirements before the start of Academic Year 115 will be regarded as extended-study students. They must complete the registration and tuition payment for extended study within the first week of the semester.

8.For certificate requirements with corresponding courses offered, students must study at least one course. Undergraduate students registered as extended-study students may graduate only after the end of the semester(graduation will be in January 2027).

9.To facilitate the production of graduation certificates, all graduating students must verify their name and date of birth in the Student Information System → Personal Information → Basic Information before May 20, 115 (Wednesday).
If corrections are needed, please bring your ID to the Registration Section on the 2nd floor of the Administration Building.
After graduation certificates have been issued, any correction must follow the official procedure for revising the Chinese degree certificate.
