Student Academic Record Withdrawal Policy Has Changed
Student academic performance leading to expulsion has been changed from two consecutive 1/2 (2/3) to three consecutive 1/2 (2/3).
1. Article 45, paragraph 2 of our school regulations stipulates that "students who fail in half of the credits of the semester and have failed continuously for three times and are overseas students, students from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, foreign students, Mongolian and Tibetan students who return to China for studies, indigenous students, children of dispatched personnel, outstanding athletes who meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education, students who are admitted through technical excellence screening, students admitted through the vocational star project, and students selected for admission from outlying islands if they fail to meet the requirements for three consecutive times at a rate of two-thirds. However, students who take less than nine credits or students with disabilities, pregnant students, or students who have given birth or care for children under three years old during the semester are not subject to this limit."
2. Due to the downgrading of the COVID-19 epidemic on May 1st, this semester's academic performance failure will not be counted. The consecutive failure leading to expulsion will be counted from the first semester of the 112th academic year.
