2024 Academic Year 2^nd Semester Online Score Entry System Notice

Instructions:

1. Opening time for our 2024 Academic Year 2^nd Semester Online Score Entry System: 6/9(Mon.)~12:00 pm on 6/26(Thur.),2025.
2. For teachers to entering scores, please go to Faculty Information System (CYUT InfoSys) (Website: teacher.cyut.edu.tw). Choose “Faculty Information System”(授課教師專區)- Grade Management System（成績管理系統）-Semester Score Input System (學期成績輸入), and please read the “Annex 2 Instructions for the Use of the Student Semester Score Input System”.
3. If teacher is unable to enter the grade as scheduled due to special student situation, please submit the “Annex 3-3 Application Form for late registration of student scores ” no later than 12:00 noon on June 26 (Thur.), and complete the grades within one week after the start of next semester.
4. If there is any issue related to the correction of grades, each department (center) is required to submit the corrections form to the college for examination. The college should submit the application form, departmental/ college (center) meeting agenda record, and related original documents to Admissions Section before August 12^th (Wed.).
